As many of you know, WordPress has been made into a ‘MultiUser’ blogging platform.  Like the one used for WordPress.com, Blogger.com, and many more.  Set up your own multiblogging site and offer blogs to be hosted there.

There is a free version of this, called WPMU.  However, you WILL need some help with getting it set up and working right.  I attempted to do it about 2 years ago.  I have to confuse, I was not up for the challenge at that time.  So, it was put on the back burner.  In fact, I was going to use it with this site.
